Project SuperStar - Part 1!!!

hey hey hey!!!
yeaterday was really really fun!!!
plus tiring!!!
we ran fm Expo to Simei to Tampines to Bedok to PasaRis...
hahaz...
we did car wash, played table tennis, did dissappearing act with the soap, dressed up[but we didnt soap hair!], buy food in chinese, and play the battle of the Armorgadon!
hahaha
but our member were of good cheer...!
at least they didnt really give attitude...
Jasmine was having a prob in running cause of her flat foot with no proper support in her sport shoes... yet she was of good cheer...
Doreen kept on going even if her foot was really painful with those blisters...
Brandon, Hubert, Peter and Nigel was alright was alright...
guys usually would have one type of prob if not... no prob...
which is their attitude...
unless they are sick...
oh yea... hope Peter would be alright... he was slightly sick yet he play the water game with us... thats cool...
everything was real fun and all... BUT!
its tiring!
even so... must thank God for good weather and the Leaders for planning!

SAFTY TIPS FOR LADIES
•Ladies... In light of the recent rape and murder of Pratibha Srikanth Murthy, an employee of the business process outsourcing arm of Hewlett Packard in Bangalore, I think it is important to read the following info for your own safety.
•Things women should know to stay safe: Please take the time to read these pointers. There may just be one or two you hadn't thought of. After reading this, forward it to someone you care about. It never hurts to be careful in this crazy world we live in.

1. Tip from Tae Kwon Do: The elbow is the strongest point on your body. If you are close enough to use it, do it!

2. If a robber asks for your handbag, DO NOT HAND IT TO HIM. Toss it away from you.... he is probably more interested in your handbag than you and he will go for the handbag. RUN LIKE MAD IN THE OTHER DIRECTION!

3. If you are ever thrown into the boot of a car: Kick out the back tail lights and stick your arm through the hole and start waving. The driver won't see you but everybody else will. This has saved lives.

4. Women have a tendency to get into their cars after shopping, eating, working, etc., and just sit (doing their cheque book, or making a list). DON'T DO THIS! A predator could be watching you, and this is the perfect opportunity for him to get in on the passenger side, and attack you. AS SOON AS YOU GET INTO YOUR CAR, LOCK THE DOORS AND LEAVE.

5. A few notes about getting into your car in a car park:
A.) Be aware: look around you, look into your car, at the passenger side floor, and check the back seat.
B.) If you are parked next to a big van, enter your car from the passenger door. Most attackers surprise their victims by pulling them into their vans while the women are attempting to get into their cars.
C.) Look at the car parked on the driver's side of your vehicle, and the passenger side. If a male is sitting alone in the seat nearest your car, you may want to walk back into the shop, or work, and get a guard/policeman to walk you back out. IT IS ALWAYS BETTER TO BE SAFE THAN SORRY. (And better paranoid than dead.)

6. ALWAYS take the lift instead of the stairs. Stairwells are horrible places to be alone (and the perfect crime spot.)

7. If the predator has a gun and you are not under his control, ALWAYS RUN! The predator will only hit you (a running target) 4 in 100 times; and even then, it most likely WILL NOT be a vital organ. RUN!

8. As women, we are always trying to be sympathetic: STOP IT! It may get you raped, or killed. Ted Bundy, the serial killer, was a good-looking, well educated man, who ALWAYS played on the sympathies of unsuspecting women. He walked with a cane, or a limp, and often asked "for help" into his vehicle or with his vehicle, which is when he abducted his next victim.

9. Another Safety Point: Someone just told me that her friend heard a crying baby on her porch the night before last, and she called the police because it was late and she thought it was weird. The police told her 'Whatever you do, DO NOT open the door." The lady then said that it sounded like the baby had crawled near a window, and she was worried that it would crawl to the street & get run over. The policeman said, "We already have a unit on the way, whatever you do, DO NOT open the door.
"He told her that they think a serial killer has a baby's cry recorded and uses it to coax women out of their homes thinking that someone dropped off a baby. He said they have not verified it, but have had several calls by women saying that they hear babies' cries outside their doors when they're home alone at night. Please pass this on and DO NOT open the door for a crying baby.

So i took a cab down with Korh~...

den we went down to burger king to grab a bite...

Last min!

Thank God that today my dad suddenly came back home...
i think he was gonna do some income policy stuff...
but den he asked me abt the amendment stuff...
so i went to check it out...
i had only up till 12pm to change my choices...
and it's 11:27am
the officer on th phone said that i won't be able to make it in time...
she said... but not my GOD
since all things are possible for God...I ask Him for help... and i got ready my stuff and my dad...
we look through the map... and it quite near...
so we went down, took a number...
change the things... the officer print the document for me...
and i saw the time on it... it states...
time: 12:00

At Bimei's hse!!!

i was checking out some Polys so i decided to go Bimei one's
den since she is at home and can fetch me there
so i went her hse.
it kinda cool you know... with such a BIG dog at her hse!!

hey hey hey... well yesterday i got my results... felt blue... but kinda got over it...
kinda only... it like you will have this kinda feeling when you think abt all that have happened... the confusion just came...
I know that God have a plan and purpose for me... i was just thinking that does this mean that i dont have to follow the norm... and go with wadeva dreams that i have since young like being a artist or designer... i rmb i used to design rooms with tissue boxes, paper, toothpicks etc... but then everyone always said that i was taking up too much space and thus, they would throw it away...
So when i told them i want to do sth arty or going into architecture, they gave me that look... well, think i'm going to poly... gave me more breather... space... freedom... hmmm... to a certain extend ba... as compared to the Jc...like now... i'm finally able to go early for my ministry...w/o debating with my dad... and i dont felt so cramp as i am when i'm in Jc now... lalalalala...
guess its true... when a window closes, another opens... okays i go prepare to go my Ministry ler... i felt so shuang now...
...blog quite long today... not bad...
