yes its the time of the year again!
Friends presents Christmas Cards
its the time of giving!!
got a lot of present
though not as much as when i was younger, when my aunts and uncle would have christmas party
and we are all invited
as little children
not knowing that we have to give...
and just receive... got a lot of gifts!
its really cool!
but this christmas is really an experience
able to carol outside with my group of friends...
and having a booth to sell things...
well, i am never going to do that again
if i am getting a stall, i would be selling service...
services like caricature, nail art, make-up/ make-over
that would be so much better
no need to count stocks and pricing them all!

bah!...

though i am good at maths...
but i dun love maths to the extend of doing laborious work like accounting and counting stock...
i prefer the fun ones! where u get to draw curves graph
toa cah soh integration and differentiation

haha...
wow! those do bring back memories..
i remember i would stuck myself in my room 10 plus plus hours a day and just study
doing math paper, writing essay/doing compreh... doing notes for my humans and physics...
doing many mcq for chem and physics...
taking down key phrase...

its really cool to look back and see wad goals you set had been achieve...
some almost, some not yet... some yes...

last few days had been Christmas at Children Church and Christmas at Expo!
it was really fun seeing all the kids loving the show!
and at Expo things were just getting better and better!
the Drama and been much more catchy each year!
the songs, some were ringing in my head occasionally...
and when i start singing it, it just goes on!
Eileen couldnt stand me after repeating too many times... so she sat
hahaha!
eh...

Regina and me kept on reacting it in front of our stall!
its was like... entertainment!
haha... but it did welcome some customers
hahaa! den Rayner and me tried some too...
there was a part where the gal throw the shoe... rmb?
haha he threw plastic, so i shan!
hahaha...
my cg is really fun! its really a joy! to be with them

we were playing the slapping game to kill time...
its was like when Del saw how Rayner and me play...
she was like why hit so softly?
den i played with her...

CCH Christmas!

I realized that i havent been blogging since i started my carol job.
it pays really well!
=)

Children Church Christmas...
was great!
many kids came and went home with such joy on their faces
we have games, live J7 performances, Mr Funny and his funny show, the Christmas Drama and Storytelling...
and last but not the least, present giving time!!
=)
for games we have 2!
it was really fun ones, we did it 3 times cause there were 3 CCH services
but the packing up and re-wrapping was... a lot!
th first game was easy, letting them grow Santa Claus Beard!
its actually letting them stick cotton wool to the teacher who is santa...
the group's Santa's beard who was longer win the game
next game was to throwing a lot of wrapped boxes on stage
some of it contain present, some of it not so if it contain present, take it out and put it inside the basket
if ur group's basket have more present, you win and you get to keep it.
if not u have to give the present you found back to the teacher.
cool huh?

Mr Funny and his funny show was like this...
[Mr funny went on stage]
"Hi! my name is Funny Baby. But call me Mr Funny, not Baby."
[kids laughed]
"eh! who called me Baby? who laughed at my name?"
[kids laughed louder]

den PET was not very happy after she saw his show
she was saying that he was using Singlish and that it was not good for the kids...
wanna be Puah Chu Kang the Second? haha...
and here we are trying to teach them to use proper language...
so Mr Funny was quite contradicting in some way[link to his page]
i guess PET talked to him, after that show he use better English...

then it was Carolling and Praise and Worship!
it was good they sang and dance well!
and then the Christmas Drama...
i was in the props team
it was fun and exciting...
i learn more about the stage and how you should navigate your way on stage if u r a backstage...
as long as you r on stage, there is a list of DOs and DONTs to follow
so that the show would look well managed
it was really exciting cause we have a short time to put out the props and run back and not collide into anyone...
but Collision was bound to happened...
it was dark and the space to walk back was small...
so i bang into some prop and had 2 blue blacks...
bah... its really really really painful!
when my dad saw it he was like why blueblack again?
i think he thinks i am into gang fights or sth
haha!
the Drama was really good
it was touching! and it really speaks to us...
AND! Bez Voice was super good!
when you heard it you would go... awww...!
she is really a darling! being such a joy, cheery and all!
J7 was acting as the angels
their scene were really cool, with the lightings they looked like they are in heaven or sth...
power of lightings!!

the 2 Song that was stuck with me was Bez's song and the Joyful Joyful...
it was really catchy!

After Drama was Storytelling!
Teacher C. would be there to tell story that would not only speak to kids
but to ppl of all ages if you listen
i was impacted by the story
as it reminded me of Pst's sermon on dreams and giving
they have such an anointing of sharing great truths in simple way that touches your heart

and PET is a prayer warrior
i love that!
every morning we would be at JW super early before the show and pray!
it was really refreshing
and leaving things into God's hands...
and moving our spirit man wake up in the morn and be more sensitive and alert

when it was over... time for the Adults Service!

we went with Bimei to this korean buffet... man... it was really nice

initially i thought that the food there was spicy
after tasting it...
it was... good!
Bimei kept giving me food!!

Yo! Today had been a really fab day!
everything had been so good...
didnt really sleep as i stayed back in camp last night...
was going to sleep... end up Santy and Del sleep...
haha... we were doing card for Leslie, Yih Loong and Junjie
i like doing Jun jie's name... its very Xuang cause it just straight cut and his words fall into place =)

thank God for a help like Eileen, cause if not by 7 am i wouldnt be able to finish...
so at 7am i slept till 9.30am... =.=
after breakfast we took picts and pack and clean up...
after that Camp end!
awww... it had just started for me...
cause i could only stayed at the second and last night due to my school
and Santy's voice sounded broke... yee kiat was busy so i was really in need of ppl to replace them...
but i only managed to get Eileen... so i prayed... God! i need ONE more carol-ler

after camp Wei Liang send Jas to her home... cause they just met i sit in with them...
well, when i was at Jas' home... she treat me to a rocking coffee...
ahhh... it was Super! the Super 3- in- 1 Coffee... haha...
sounded like some advert!
den i had a chance to meet Jonathan and his friends and eat Brunch with them... it was my lunch though... haha
it was interesting to feel young with young ppl...
man! that sound OLD!... oh no... ... ...

after that we had movie screening in school...
bah... guess wad?!

i kinda freaked out... thinking i was screwed...

so i changed at the last min... thinking and confessing that i am not screwed...

after that we walked to AMK hub thinking they would be eating dinner together but they were buying movie tickets...
AGAIN!!!!
everytime i am having cg and bs they would be going to the movies...
oh wells so i went for my bs...
and when i was at Amk mrt...
i went in and sat beside this two ladies[mother and daughter] from South Africa
den they gave me a very CHC vibe...
and the mom did talked on the phone about refreshments and cg mtg...
so i was like... thats so CHC...
i soon felt restless so i started sketching again... cause i was really confine in my seat... so its was the best time to prac drawing...
den suddenly the mom ask me abt my drawing and complimented me on the sketches...
i was really surprised!
and we talked and talked...
the main part abt it was that she seems really interested to buy my paint if i were to paint my sketches...
and she wanted me to help to do a web page for each of her children's company...
and she ask me to quote a price...
as we talked she said she wanted me to start my own design business!
i was SUPER STUNNED!
SURPRISED!

it was another Spiritual health check...
almost every word that b. Jimmy said impacted me like a double edged sword!

one main thing i graps today was about living th lifestyle of the cross and thus able to receive the benefits of the cross!

and today was one of the most eventful of my life!

Great Exchange Encounter

wow!
indeed! today my encounter with God was for a great exchange!
i had been in delusion and had been going for something else...
but tonight instead of going to Nebo Cafe with NYP ppl i went for breakaway camp night session...
its was fab! it was like double anoiting... peace and power...
and the presence of God... u need to be there to know wad its like...
had a talk with God too...
to submit to Him or to flesh... and it had to be done with willingness...
yup... it seem to have come to a season of spring cleaning before the new year!
new year renewed and all...
